One of the thing you cannot buy even though you have lot a money is sleep,sleep is a priceless gift from god,but nobody appreciating it.
There comes a number of ways to interrupt our sleep in our daily life.we develop certain obstacles by ourselves unknowingly to build a wall against sleep.
1. Give first priority to Sleep instead of the other(Work/TV Etc)
2. Listen to your mind not to audio or video
3. It is very to difficult to sleep in travel or in some ones bed,so make a fine good and calm,permanent place for sleep.
4. If you wake up one night - please do sleep more in order to have a Sleep life balance
5. Unless it is mandatory please go to bed as early as possible
6. Looking FB or surfing any thing in internet will burn your eyes there is no outcome
7. Working hard in the night = making 0 dollars
So forgot your worries go to bed end your day with night prayer
