Smoking is really injurious to health but few peoples are having the habit of smoking .
There is a dangerous habit that all of us having that is “Sitting”.
Sitting kills the people,it behaves like a silent killer why because nobody knows that sitting for hours will lead us dangerous disease.
Sitting for 6 hours a day is equal to smoking more than a pack of cigarettes,studies reveal it can take a toll on the heart by increasing level of cholesterol and fat,the likelihood of type-2 diabetes.
We use to Sit after everything,while eating,driving,traveling,in office,in theater etc,wherever we go whatever we do we use to Sit! Sit!Sit!
The good news is that even small amounts of physical activity through the day greatlyreduce risks to your heart.Here are a few simple suggestions
1.Stand up every 20 minutes,even if it’s just for a minute or two.
2.Stand whenever you’re in a short meeting.
3.Replace long emails with walking one-ones
4.Do simple stretches and exercises at your desk
5.Head to the recreation center for a quick game or workout
