why hotel foods are tastier than home made foods

From the very childhood age i am crazy about the hotel foods, that mouthwatering sambar or gravey

or chutney whatever they do i am almost addicted to it.

Not for the Main dish like parotta or idly, dosa i will select the hotels based on the side dish they gave

to me to eat, i will ask 3 to 4 times that same side dish even more for very small quantity of Main Dish

The reason behind the taste

1. They will cook like our home made type only, then they will taste the same it will not tastes good.

so after that they will add some magic recipes to taste good

2. They will cover you with the Pleasant Aroma/Fragrance

3. The Master and his Style of Cooking

Even though the hotel food is causing some stomach ache to me i am very much addicted to it.
